Do your own homemade mask.
We try to eat healthily, avoiding (most of the time) things which are not good for us, such as sugar, chips and cream. But how often do we stop to think about what we are putting onto our skin? One might know that a moisturiser has, for instance, neroli or lavender and possibly a sun factor included, but how many chemicals does in contain? Sometimes it’s impossible to know what’s in a moisturiser unless you are a qualified pharmacist who understands the fancy latin sounding names on the back of the cosmetic jar. However if you make your own facial masks you will know what’s included and you will save money, a mask made from natural ingredients and good quality are quite expensive.
